🐣 Healthy Easter Dessert – Chocolate Strawberry “Nest” Cups

🍫 A sweet treat that feels indulgent… without the guilt

Ingredients (makes 6 servings):

1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)
1 cup crushed high-protein cereal or granola
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tsp honey
1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
👩‍🍳 Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and mix with crushed cereal/granola
Scoop into muffin liners and shape into “nests”
Let harden in fridge (15–20 min)
Mix Greek yogurt + honey
Fill each nest with yogurt and top with strawberries
📊 Per Serving (1 Nest Cup):
Calories: ~180–200
Protein: ~8–10g
Carbs: ~18g
Fat: ~9g
