A Way Out

A Way Out As a result of our ongoing efforts, many who are motivated to change and who want help can find it.

We provide resources for clients: which includes addiction assessments, treatment solutions, peer recovery support, family support groups, therapy for family members, and financial aid to motivated alcoholics, addicts and their families. A Way Out is a non-profit organization based in the Western Slope of Colorado that provides counseling referrals, addiction assessments, solution oriented programs, and financial aid to motivated alcoholics, addicts and their families. A Way Out’s focus is to support residents of Pitkin, Eagle and Garfield county, who are unable to secure an appropriate level of care to overcome their addiction(s). We focus on providing the expertise and accountability necessary to empower men, women and teens in these counties with addictive behaviors to thrive in recovery. A Way Out was formed to help people who cannot seem to break the addiction cycle and who truly want to find a new way of life. The organization is comprised of caring individuals committed to helping people find a full life in sobriety.

Join us Tuesdays for a Free Online Support Group for individuals and families with loved ones who are struggling with substance use and mental health challenges.

Each session is led by a Certified Addiction Therapist and includes:
🌻 Education and tools for navigating your loved one’s challenges, including identifying enabling behaviors and setting healthy boundaries
🌻 Coping strategies for managing the emotional impact on you and your family
🌻 Mutual support from others who understand what you’re going through
🌻 Resources for family members of all ages, including children
🌻 A safe, confidential space to share, learn, and grow

You don’t have to navigate the pain and uncertainty of a loved one’s substance use or mental health disorder alone.

We’re here to provide you and your family with the tools and support you need to understand the complexity of addiction, rebuild trust, and begin your own healing process.
