It starts with a thought. Then you ground it by thinking more about it - thinking positively only - imagining what could go right. Research how to take steps in making it happen. Even if it is some massive mammoth project that may take years to happen - just keep revisit that idea every once in a while. This is the process of 'sowing' that Seed of Dream in the astral realm. As you progress in your life, synchronicities will crop up sometimes. Pay attention. That is when your frequency is aligned to your dream. It will prompt you to take action. Hit it. Sometimes it will divert you to some other projects and your 'dream project' seems like a pipe dream. No idea or place or person that captures your imagination and fires you up for no reason. Everything happens for a reason. In cases as such, that 'dream project' was purposed to lead you onto the right path aligned to your life purpose. Trust the process.
