We’re proud to celebrate Bonnie Gentile on her 20th anniversary with Sadler Health Center!💙

For two decades, Bonnie has been a steady presence for our team. As an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist, she helps patients and community members navigate Medicaid, Medicare and marketplace plans – guiding them through benefits and coverage so they can access the care they need.

Bonnie embodies Sadler’s mission every day, providing compassionate support that helps our community stay healthy and confident in their care.

UPDATE: Due to ongoing plumbing issues, our Carlisle facility (100 N. Hanover St.) will be closed on Friday, Jan. 30.

All patient appointments scheduled for Friday will be held at our Mechanicsburg facility (5210 E. Trindle Road). Transportation is available for patients who need it. Scheduled patients will be contacted directly with more information.

We will resume normal operations at our Carlisle Hanover Street location on Monday, Feb. 2.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lakshmi Polavarapu, MD as Interim Chief Medical Officer at Sadler Health Center.

Dr. Polavarapu has served Sadler patients for a decade and brings deep clinical expertise, collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to our mission of whole-person care.

In her role, she provides clinical leadership across our medical department, supporting providers and advancing quality, access and teamwork as Sadler continues to grow.
