HAPPY LAST Monday of the “Monday” month 😅

Hoping everyone is warm and staying warm (in temperature and in spirits☺️)

February is almost here so I want to show MY LOVE! You will find these brown paper bags at the salon. Inside are the products I use and sell at the salon (except the clarifying shampoo. They only sell it in Litter Bottle 😑) Pls take for you or share with someone.

In the drawers are samples of the Nishman Facial Hair Shampoo & Nishman Facial Hair Conditioner. Feel free to take samples those too.

I have so many ideas clanking around in my head, it stresses me out when ignore it and also stresses me that I don’t have time to make everything into fruition! 🤯

🎇Happy First Monday of 2025! 🎇

First, I want to say thank you for making this dream of owning a business come true.

A year ago, this was not even a plan. Nor an idea on a list! I was happily working at Scissors & Scotch in West Des Moines.

It didn’t become a thought until June when my husband got a new job and the needs of my family shifted. A thought that quickly became a thought process, evolving an action with only one mission: to continue working a job I am passionate for. So from the bottom of my fast acting decisive mission ready heart, thank you. This growth is all for you. And there’s more where that came from.

😎A few changes in Monette’s Big ‘ol Handsomevibes Chair:

📌All haircuts now come with a hair wash, scalp massage, a steamed towel and neck shave. (It used to be First Haircuts only)

*Parents of littler clients, please let me know if you want me to wash their hair before leaving, I would be happy to do so. Most of the time younger clients are ready to skedaddle ASAP or they are too small for the bowl 🙁

📌I now offer 30 min massage for $40 ($15 required deposit). This is great for young clients who have never had a massage before, busy parents who need their knots worked out, or someone who wants a relaxing lymphatic movement.

*Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the service.

📌I opened some of my Monday & Saturday (almost every other week, alternatingly). Please reach out for any appointments outside of my scheduled availability.

I won’t say 2025 will be my year because that’s unfair to all the other years and years to come but I will surely make the most out of these new opportunities.
