Happy Birthday Carlisle!

Happy 244th birthday to the Borough of Carlisle! 🥳

Carlisle was settled by Scotch-Irish pioneers in the mid 1700s and was soon chosen as the seat for Cumberland County. We played an important role in the Revolutionary War, providing supplies, food, and weapons for the fight for independence. We are also the home of James Wilson, signer of the Declaration of Independence and a framer of the Constitution. On April 13, 1782, Carlisle was incorporated into a borough - its legal birthday! 🎂

It is an honor to represent such an incredible town. With such a rich history and a great community, we have much to be proud of!

What a glorious day at The Residence at Carlisle! The day was filled with joyful puppy visits, enchanting melodies by James on the electric piano, heartwarming family visits, and a delightful movie time with scrumptious snacks! With all the sunshine pouring in, I believe a leisurely country ride is just what we need to soak it all in!

Families serving families with love and compassion made this day truly unforgettable. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our remarkable team members who tirelessly worked to make this day so special for numerous families.
