🔸The TFL muscle is found on the outside of the hip that attaches at the top of your IT band. The TFL’s main function is to stabilize the hip, knee and pelvis. This muscle also contributes to abduct, medially rotate and flex the hip.

▫️To release the TFL grab a trigger point ball or lacrosse ball. Get in a side lying position, search for that tender spot and follow along.

🔸Complete either 20 reps or maintain pressure for 2 minutes per side

🔸 Start in bear position with your hands directly under your shoulders, knees under hips and feet flexed with your knees hovering over the ground
🔸 Push off your legs and float them out
🔸From the plank position jump moving your legs back in
