Hi Tribe 🪶

I wanted to reintroduce myself in this current chapter of my life. I’m a meditation, breathwork, and sound bath facilitator. But more than that, I hold space for people to come back to themselves, to remind you who you’ve always been beneath all the chaos and muck.

In a world that moves fast and asks so much of us, I’ve created experiences that invite you to slow down, feel, release, and reconnect.

Where breath softens the edges, sound carries what words cannot, and stillness becomes something you can finally feel safe inside of.

I’ve walked through seasons of burnout, disconnect, and overwhelm myself, and this path became my way back home. And now, I hold it for others.

From deep gong vibrations to the ethereal hum of crystal bowls, every sound is a step closer to your body’s natural healing state.

Our bodies know exactly what they need to do to heal, we just need to get out of our own way sometimes.
