MISSION
To empower Lea County’s youth to reach their full individual potential by providing FUN, social, and learning activities geared toward developing personal confidence, academic excellence, and enhanced life skills. GOALS
• Training and Mentorship: Target Lea County’s youth at critical developmental stages for engaging academic and social skills activities, with a goal to provide open commu

nications about the long term benefits of staying in school, choosing friends wisely, and making healthy choices.
• Vision for the Future: Expose participants to new ideas, skills, mentorship, and the limitless possibilities and opportunities available to all youth regardless of race or socioeconomic background.
• Constructive Life Choices: Increase knowledge of how to make positive personal decisions and constructive life choices, especially with the temptations of drug abuse and teenage sex, regardless of peer pressure or other outside negative factors.
• Joie de Vivre: Enhance their spirit to enjoy life and plan for the future using fun learning activities and exercises designed to boost personal confidence and self-concept.

From the moment we walked into the country club, it was clear how much thought and care went into every detail.

The room was beautifully prepared, each table intentionally set, creating a space that felt warm, welcoming, and truly special for our girls.

And the staff… they brought it all to life. The way they showed up and the environment they helped create made this such a memorable night.

Wednesday night, we had the honor of welcoming Kerri Fowler as our guest speaker, and what a gift she is.

She came not just to speak, but to love, serve, and be fully present, connecting with our girls and pouring into them with genuine joy and intention.

Her message on transformation reminded us that growth takes time, patience, and trust. She even gifted each girl a caterpillar as a meaningful reminder of who they are becoming.

We’re truly grateful for the way she showed up and invested in all of us, not only during our field trip, but every single week as she faithfully mentors at Cottonwood Elementary. 🤍

From the moment we arrived, the energy was incredible and it was such a joy getting to connect, create, and share what we love with everyone who stopped by. Seeing so many smiles during arts & crafts made the day even more special.
