Happy holidays!

For those of you looking for some support I am focusing on growing my coaching/consultation practice this year and have some new options you may be interested in.

Here are some of the new options and big discounts in 2021!!!

(All discounts are based on my professional rate of $100 for 75 min.)

1.) I am going to keep my rates at my new year discount rate of $75 (25% off) for any student that is already paying me for training on a regular monthly basis. This is for coaching, healing, fitness and martial arts. (Individual sessions-does not apply to packages).

2.) I am going to keep my gift certificate new year discount rate of $50 (50%off) when given to a new client until further notice.

3.) 4 session and 10 session package discounts are always available.

4.) The coaching challenge- a 10 session commitment package which gets cheaper each session.

5.) Coaching with a mission. I have some new themes including the human/nature series, know thyself series, and primal wellness series.

6.) Distance coaching- by phone, Zoom or your favorite app, all with email support.

7.) Personal videos- I am making a collection of private videos to address your questions and interests. The are available for a special deal now as I start to build my video library. (Any videos that are of a personal nature will not be added to the library.)

I hope you are well. Before you run off to the gym this year with your new year resolutions, I just want ask you if you have a plan and the support you need to meet your goals?

I am launching another Healthy Foundations course January 18, 2019 (this time on Friday evenings) and I had some offers you may be interested in.

1.) Pre-recorded online course $49. Includes group interaction and limited email support.

2.) Pre-recorded online course with weekly group coaching calls $125: same as above with access to group coaching calls for 8 weeks.

3.) Live online course with weekly group coaching calls $245: recorded via Facebook live each week.

4.) Live in person with weekly group coaching calls $450: this is available for local clients who can physically come to the gym for the 90 minute live online session and then follow up with a bonus 30 min practice session afterward.

Bonus #1
I will also be offering a new group coaching call series that runs beyond the course open to everyone. (*30-45 min weekly group coaching calls for $24 per month or $15 per call (after the course) with one free call per month open to anyone. This is a new ongoing offer every month besides the 8 weeks.)

I have been coaching groups and individuals since 2003 and it has been an honor to be a coach and a guide for people who are committed to their growth and their path. In that time, one of the patterns I have noticed is that when people have a purpose or a mission, they tend to get unpredictably awesome results and make incredible progress with the energy they invest in their work. In fact, it is so important that I often suggest to those who don't feel like they have a mission that their mission is to discover their mission. In that sense they are never without one.

Another pattern I have noticed is that people who seem to make continuous progress and growth on their path don't expect a magic pill. The keep going and are continuously seeking coaching or guidance in some form because they recognize the value of that outside perspective.

My desire to support those who know the importance of having a mission in coaching, and who are committed to making coaching part of their life practice, has inspired me to create some packages which provide a context for coaching. These are over arching themes which guide the coaching journey. I'm calling this idea "Coaching with a Mission".
