✨Reiki Share was pure alignment.✨

We began by pouring into our bodies with Tiffany’s beautiful clean products. I am genuinely in love with what she creates (e.g., sea moss, body butter, Florida water, jewelry). Supporting women who create with intention feels just as healing as the circle itself.

From there, we moved into sacred space.

Angie guided us through a Despacho ceremony, a sacred Andean offering ritual, with the collective intention of sending healing love into the world. Each prayer placed with care. Each intention anchored in the wisdom of the heart.

Women in circle.
Open hearts.
Aligned energy.

This is what happens when we gather intentionally. We nourish ourselves. We clear what no longer serves. And we activate love that extends far beyond the room! ✨💚✨

In the midst of challenging times, we gathered for Reiki Share and were reminded of the power of community and Spirit. 🌿✨

Ranodda moved us through yoga, Keyona bathed us in sound, I guided Sufi breathing, and together we gave and received Reiki. We opened our hearts, made new connections, and shared conversations that nourished the soul.

There is nothing more aligning than sitting with a diverse group of spiritual thinkers and healers, each bringing their light and reminding us that we are never alone on this path. 💜

May we continue to rise, heal, and walk each other home.

A new chapter is unfolding—one filled with expansive, creative thoughts and heart-led intentions. My journal, crystals, and favorite healing body butter from are the sacred tools grounding me in this season of elevation.

I’m listening deeply, dreaming boldly, and learning from powerhouse Black women like Mellody Hobson—because it’s time. Time to leverage my gifts, trust the wisdom within, and fully step into my greatness.

This past Saturday’s Reiki Professional Development Workshop was rich with insight and activation!

Energy healers gathered to deepen their understanding of how the brain and heart work together to support spiritual transmission and energetic awareness.

Participants learned to:
🧠 Interpret subtle energy shifts through brain activity
🧬 Support optimal brain health for clearer spiritual connection
💖 Strengthen heart-brain coherence using proven techniques
📈 Practice heart-brain integration in real time with biofeedback technology

It was a transformative day of learning, practice, and connection—grounded in science, led by intuition.
