Exploring the cultural heart of Fuzhou 🇨🇳✨

As part of the Fujian Study Tour, Juan and his group enjoyed an incredible Fuzhou cultural experience — visiting Sanfang Qixiang, the Former Residence of Yan Fu, and the Lin Zexu Memorial Hall. 🏯

A wonderful opportunity to immerse in China’s rich history, heritage, and the deep cultural roots connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine. 🌿

Day 2 in China 🇨🇳

Today Juan and his group visited the Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, along with three other hospitals. 🏥

They met wonderful TCM practitioners, experienced treatments firsthand, and explored incredible herbal pharmacies filled with centuries of healing wisdom. 🌿✨

The morning began with the Opening Ceremony and a fascinating lecture on Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In the afternoon, the group explored the origins of Fujian’s TCM culture — visiting the TCM Culture Museum, Shizhen Garden, and more.

A truly inspiring start to this incredible learning journey! 🌿✨

This invitation-only program brings together practitioners from around the world to deepen their understanding of Chinese medicine and culture — and we’re so proud that Juan was selected to represent Optimum Vitality on this international journey.
