CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. Absolutely anyone from grandparents to elite athletes! Anyone who wants to perform acts of daily living with healthy body movements and get into great shape while doing it! We have a true sense of community with an absolutely fun and supportive group of people who all workout together and urge each other on daily. What we offer at Carroll CrossFit:
Everyone starts with a Fundamentals Class. This includes 6 one on one half our personal training sessions:
- 7 point fitness assessment to give a baseline of starting fitness. These are performed free at the end of each quarter.
- 4 technique sessions learning most of the basic movements of CrossFit that will be used in class
- A nutrition session learning the basics of the Zone nutrition program.

Elite summer kids class program

Are you worried about your child getting hurt lifting weights this summer? Using bad technique or being in a bad environment that doesn’t stress technique and safety?

I am looking for 5th-8th grade kids for our Monday, Wednesday, Friday summer program. This program stresses competion pushing each other in a healthy way This is a small group program(12 kids/ class), giving them all the lifts that they will be doing in the middle/high school weight room and ensuring they are using proper technique. We will also mix in speed and agility exercises with conditioning to make sure they are flexible as well as have the endurance to do their activities. Take the bench warmer to the staring line up and the starter to the star Message me or call 790-9235 for more info ot to sign up. And if they have a buddy, they are welcome to do it with them.

Is your game ready for the season? Are you moving as . as good as last season? How’s your strength? I have three programs that work on golf flexibility, golf mechanics, and golf power. And these are simple exercises that can be done at your home. You can do one or do all three. Takes about 30 minutes and each has four exercises to improve how you move, how far you can move and how much power you have with each movement. Another free opportunity this Saturday to work on your functional health/fitness. Strength is your number one commodity as you get older. To be able to get off the ground, get up out of a chair and play with your kids/grandkids. What are you doing to work on it? This is a body weight geared strength class so anybody can do it. And we will be done by 8:30 so plenty of time for your Saturday festivities.
