Employee Spotlight: Talanna Ceara, Vice President of Clinical Operations 👩‍⚕️✨

Talanna Ceara’s passion for caring for others began early. After graduating high school as a CNA and later working in radiology performing CT scans, she realized helping people was truly part of who she is. That passion led her to become a Registered Nurse and eventually a Nurse Practitioner.

Today, Talanna is driven by the opportunity to support residents during some of their most vulnerable moments, providing both medical expertise and reassurance when it matters most.

Her advice for future Nurse Practitioners: “This career is challenging but incredibly rewarding. If you follow your heart and treat patients like someone you truly care about, you’ll succeed.” 💙
