We believe Thanksgiving should be about gratitude and joy, not dietary stress! Sharin Health has put together a complete, delicious, and healthy menu that is entirely gluten-free, so everyone can enjoy the feast. Watch our video for a preview of these simple, nourishing dishes.

The Sharin Health GF Menu:
* Delicious Herb Bread: Start with this gluten-free base using sorghum and tapioca flour. It’s easy to make, even with options for proofing the dough in the oven. * Herbed Vegetable Stuffing: A savory, fresh stuffing made with celery, onion, carrot, and three types of fresh herbs (sage, thyme, and rosemary). It uses the Delicious Herb Bread, prepared as breadcrumbs, as its base.
• Silky Pumpkin Soup: Rich, comforting, and packed with health benefits! Pumpkin is high in beta carotene, an antioxidant that helps ward off numerous health problems. We use sugar pie pumpkin and garbanzo beans for a silky texture. * Pumpkin Orange Cookies: A bright, sweet finish featuring orange extract in both the cookie dough and the icing. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

📌 Remember: Choosing whole, nourishing ingredients is an act of self-care and gratitude.

The Messes Don't Define You. ⬇️

We all have those days—the dropped spoons, the spilled plates, the burnt dinner. But what if those messes weren't accidents, but opportunities?

Your loving Father doesn't react; He responds: "I will work this out for your good." (Romans 8:28)

Take a moment today to reflect, release, and trust. Read the full post for a beautiful reminder about God's grace!

Thank God, He allows for messes!

Have you ever had one of those days where you made ongoing messes? Possibly you made messes such as: You dropped a spoon with food on it, and it landed on the floor; you knocked over your full plate, which landed on the floor; you bumped into your drinking glass, and it spilled on the table. Oh! The messes didn't stop! You were in such a hurry that you forgot dinner in the oven, and it burned—what a mess!

I remember as a small child, our mom allowed for messes. She was a woman full of mercy and grace. I grew up with three siblings, eating at the table together. When one of us would accidentally make a mess, our mom would not react to the mess; she would grab a cloth to clean up the mess. As we know, children make messes, and they are messy. Messes give you an opportunity to grow and learn.

God doesn't react to your messes; instead, He responds, "I will work this out for your good."
According to Romans 8:28 (ESV): "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."

The messes that I created as a child and as an adult, my mom would respond with, "God will work it out for good." Today she is daily celebrating in heaven how He worked everything out for her good.

Today, take a moment to reflect on the messes that you made. If you haven't asked for forgiveness, ask. Seek guidance and counsel on how to grow and learn from the messes. Move past the messes and trust God that He can use them for good. HE IS A GOOD GOD, always!

"Sharing this Word with you, with love and gratitude."

Sharin a Word for You!

Daddy said, “Put Your Coat On!”

Do you remember when you were a small child and you needed a reminder to put a coat on? Can you hear your parent or your caregiver reminding you, “Hey, put your coat on.” As a small child, you don’t always think about the coat and why you need one. The only focus in your mind is “How can I dash outside and get to what is important: playtime?” Most of the time, a child’s response is, “Why do I need to put on a coat?” The parent/caregiver’s response could be, “To keep you warm and protected from the cold weather.” Sometimes, if the child refuses to put on the coat, then “tough love” may need to be implemented. Then the child goes out to play and realizes they should have listened to the instructions given to them.

As parents/caregivers, we desire to give our children the best care that is available. Sometimes the caring instructions are not always received. Sometimes it takes life lessons of being out in the cold to remember to wear the coat.

Our loving Father, He loves us so much that He gives us a reminder in Ephesians 6:11: “Put on the full Armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.”

As adults, our loving Father God instructs us to put on this spiritual protection. His desire is to give you the best care, since He knows best and knows the future.

Something for you to think about: Do I need to put on the Armor of God every day? Since you do not know what the day will bring, I encourage you to start the day with “Put on the Armor.” This loving instruction can help you through many unexpectedly popping-up issues. God can have an action plan to solve these issues by your agreeing with “Put on the Armor of God.”

The challenge I have for you is, for the next week, start your day with Ephesians 6:11 and write about how you “Put on the armor.” How did God come through? He always does!

Sharin a Word for You!

Limited Sight Distance! Is it Time to Remove Obstacles?

This week, I was traveling down a road, and a sign caught my attention: “Limited Sight Distance.” I sensed the Lord showing me that there are many obstacles in life that can cause one to limit how to get to one’s called destination, and they may even cause one to completely stop.

One of the meanings behind the sign “Limited Sight Distance” is that the signs are placed in areas where a driver’s ability to see far enough ahead to safely stop is limited by factors like sharp bends, steep grades, etc. As we drive along to our destination, sometimes those “obstacles” in life may cause one to fully stop. When one is unable to move forward in life, this creates an obstacle named fear. This fear could have been caused by unexpected devastation or trauma. Could this fear be holding you back from embracing all that God has for you? What obstacles are holding you back from getting to what you are called to do?

According to Proverbs 3:5-6 (ESV):
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

Today, ask God to remove the obstacles and straighten your path. Ask God to remove the fears of life that have entered. This will free you to move forward to your called destination!

Sharin a Word For You!

Turn! Turn! Turn!
To Everything there is a Season”

Many of you can remember this song, and many of you are too young to recognize this song, but the lyrics and the meaning remain true, “Turn! Turn! Turn! To Everything there is a season” (song by The Byrds)

Soon we change our clocks back an hour, our wardrobes change to transition into the fall and winter season, trees changing colors, days get shorter, less sunlight and cooler temperatures.

The bible shows us in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:

In 2017 we were led to purchase land. We built a small guest house on our land, 575 SQFT., for us to live in for 6 months, at least that was our understanding. We had a plan to live here until our main house was built.
When we moved into our small space, I felt God’s still voice saying, “Grace in the space”.
During this season, we learned much about “Grace in the Space”.
This season was filled with much laughter, weeping, frustration, mourning, waiting, spiritual growth, inner and outward healing, deep connecting and extra special time with God.

This season lasted much longer than we anticipated, we were in this space for 1 year and 8 months. We can look back and see the spiritual growth, the joy in the waiting and sweet memories that were made. Our main house was completed in His timing.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time.

Are you waiting for a season to end? Are you waiting for a season to start? I encourage you not to rush the season that God has for you.

As the season is changing to fall, take time to reflect on areas of your life that need maturity growth or simply areas that need improvement.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” Do not rush the season. Allow God to lead you fully!
