🌤 Real Progress. Real Hope.

At Integrated Health of Southern Illinois, we’re proud to share the meaningful progress we’ve seen among patients participating in our Spravato® (esketamine) treatment program — now accepting new patients at our Harrisburg location.

From January through September 2025, our internal data shows a clear improvement in PHQ-9 depression scores — meaning more of our patients are moving from higher levels of depression to lower or minimal levels after completing treatment.

These results highlight the power of a comprehensive approach to mental health — combining medication management, Spravato therapy, and continued psychiatric care, all tailored to each individual’s needs.

We’re excited to welcome Alexandria Markel, LCPC, CADC, to our Carterville location! Alexandria has been in the mental health field since 2013, with experience in outpatient, medical, and correctional settings. She works with adults 18+ navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, creating a safe space where patients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Her approach is strength-based and client-centered, using evidence-based therapies including Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and CPT.

Alexandria is now accepting new clients (18+) with Alliance Coal and Hope Trust insurance. More insurance options to be added soon! Give us a follow to stay up to date.
