IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!!!
Outdoor Bootcamp starts NOW !!
Come join in this is a moderately intensity whole body workout that incorporates core, cardio and weight training. We transition from exercise to exercise with little rest and combine movements to keep your heart rate up, we focus more on that core but your whole body will be worked from top to bottom....let the sweat fest begin.
Tuesdays and Thursday 630pm at the Carver playground park. 10$ pp. Or 60$ for a committed month and save 20$.
Starts Tuesday May 18th. Bring water, towel and a whole lot of positive kick butt energy.

Ok May has begun and so outdoor workouts shall resume. Carver playground park. There is nothing better than getting your cardio and weights in with your friends in the beautiful temps on the green green grass. 60 min and your done. Message me if your interested.
