CPR made easy, we come to you! 🚑❤️

Had the opportunity to teach CPR and first aid to a childhood friend and her family, helping them feel confident and prepared in case of an emergency. We had a special guest joining us, the cutest baby who was watching some of it.

There’s nothing better than making lifesaving skills approachable, comfortable, and even a little fun.

Wherever you go, make a mental note: Where’s the AED? Where are the exits? In an emergency, awareness saves time and lives.

What’s in your first aid kit? You might be surprised!

A well stocked first aid kit can make all the difference in an emergency. Here are the essentials everyone should have on hand:

Bandages & LOTS of gauze

Antiseptic wipes & ointment

Medical tape & gloves

Tweezers & scissors

CPR mask or face shield

Pain relievers & burn cream

Pro tip: Check your kit every 6 months, expired meds and empty supplies won’t help when you need them most!
