Holy Yoga: A Nativity Journey - 90 Minutes

Open your heart and quiet your mind with this unique 90-minute Holy Yoga experience, “A Nativity Journey,” designed to prepare your body, mind, and spirit for the wonder of Christ’s birth.

We’ll begin with a gentle, Christ-centered vinyasa flow to release tension and create space within, connecting movement with breath as we reflect on the divine journey. This is a practice suitable for all levels, focusing on restorative poses and heart-opening movements that invite surrender and peace.

The climax of our practice will be an extended, deeply moving meditation on the birth of Christ. Through guided visualization, we will journey to the Bethlehem, experiencing the awe, humility, and profound peace of that first Christmas night.

As you settle into deep relaxation, you will be immersed in therapeutic sound. The gentle, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you, leaving you feeling renewed, centered, and filled with the true spirit and warmth of Christmas.

Sink into deep rest as you’re guided through the systematic relaxation of Yoga Nidra—often referred to as ‘yogic sleep’—a powerful form of guided meditation that brings you to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep. This effortless practice promotes a deep physical, mental, and emotional release, inviting healing and inner peace.

Your 75-minute experience will take place in an environment designed for ultimate tranquility and therapeutic benefit. We utilize Himalayan Salt lamps, panels, and bulbs for their ambient lighting, complemented by a specialized Halogenerator to disperse therapeutic salt aerosol.

What is Halotherapy?

Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a holistic and non-invasive practice that involves breathing air infused with microscopic, pharmaceutical-grade salt particles. The Halogenerator precisely grinds the salt into a fine mist and disperses it throughout the room. When inhaled, these tiny salt particles are believed to travel deep into the respiratory system, helping to absorb irritants, thin mucus, reduce inflammation, and cleanse the airways and skin.

During your practice, the guided meditation will be enhanced by a soothing sound bath featuring the rich, resonant vibrations of both brass and crystal singing bowls and various other instruments.
