In times like this, it’s so good to grow your own food! Love our Tower Garden, able to grow inside with grow lights regardless of weather.

On the weekend we made fresh tabouli to go with salmon on the grill.

We are helping local schools work towards building year-round community gardens with aeroponic tower gardens along with the more common raised beds and traditional gardens.

An awesome day yesterday being part of the Fit Farm’s inaugural Community Wellness Festival on their beautiful 160-acre farm in Castalian Springs.

Loved joining other health & fitness enthusiasts, as we showcased the Tower Garden and made new friends!

Created from the dream of founder, entrepreneur and fitness trainer, Kris Intress, and her husband Pat, the Fit Farm is a fitness Boot Camp extraordinaire.

Each day is filled with activities that help to re-focus your body, mind and goals on fitness, health, and general wellness in a carefully crafted and uniquely creative way.
