The PAWSome Sauce Fundraiser at Iron Mule Brewery has concluded and we are so grateful to Iron Mule and our Community for the overwhelming support this received.

Over $3000 was raised for ConnorsK9-PAWS' veterans, service dogs, and programs during this fundraiser!!!

Douglas County Sheriff’s Department Therapy Dog Leo has been working hard with our program to pass his certifications. While Leo has already achieved the AKC Canine Good Citizen and Canine Good Citizen Advanced Community Dog certifications, his impulse control has sometimes had puppy moments. Today in the middle of a local senior center, Leo calmly maintained his stays with treats on his paws and patiently waited until allowed to visit with all his fans. We’re proud of his progress and the team success with Deputy Falkner as his handler.

While many are enjoying barbecues and family time over the holiday weekend, we encourage all to remember and honor all of the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the name of freedom for the United States of America. For they are the reason we have the freedoms we embrace and celebrate today. May they all rest in peace and never be forgotten. Until Valhalla!
