Hands First, Always 👐❄️

Winter in Colorado can be brutal on hands, joints, and all those old “I forgot I did that” spots. Cold air, dry wind, and constant washing this time of year can leave everything feeling a little more worked over than usual, especially when you’re cooking, shoveling, driving, or just trying to keep up with the season.

Some people like keeping a plant-powered hand and joint cream in their routine for those everyday moments, especially formulas made with CBG, CBD, and CBDV. Crafted for a rich, moisturizing and soothing experience when their hands feel like they’ve been doing the most.

If you want to see what that kind of cream looks like and how it fits into real winter routines, you can explore it here anytime:

A Day for Reflection and Community 🤍

Today we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. His message still lands with power: that courage, compassion, and integrity are choices we make, again and again, in our communities and in the way we treat one another.

Taking a moment to pause, reflect, and recommit to kindness and justice is a meaningful way to carry that legacy forward.

A Little More Bliss in the Mix ✨🌙

Winter in Colorado has a way of bringing people together, cozy dinners, concerts, and gatherings that feel more intimate this time of year. Some people explore blends made with CBD and CBDV when they’re looking for something that feels lighter, more open, and gently uplifting, especially in social settings or during relaxed evenings with friends.

It’s not about changing the moment, just enhancing how present it feels. A subtle option some folks like having on hand when they want comfort paired with a little lift.

✨ If you’re curious why this blend has become part of those moments for many, you can explore it here whenever it feels right: 🌿 https://fatflower.com/products/bliss-cbdv

Proof > Promises 🔬🌿

In an industry where labels can be confusing, a lot of people just want one thing, clear proof of what’s actually in the bottle. That’s where Certificates of Analysis (COAs) come in. A COA is a third-party lab report that shows what was tested and what the results were, so you’re not relying on marketing language or guesswork.

At Fat Flower, transparency is part of the experience. If you like knowing what you’re using and why it’s trusted, our COA page makes it easy to review testing details in one place.

🚨 H**p Policy Update: A Bill Passed, and the Clock Is Ticking 🌿

Congress has already passed a bill that adds extremely restrictive limits on h**p-derived ingredients in everyday wellness products, including CBD. If it takes effect as written, even non-intoxicating and safe full spectrum CBD formulas would become federally illegal. This affects not only ingestible products but also includes topical and pet products.

We support cracking down on bad actors, but we also believe transparent, carefully tested products shouldn’t get swept up in one-size-fits-all restrictions. The good news: there’s a window of time before this language fully takes effect, and that’s where awareness matters. The h**p industry needs consumer support now in order to prevent the law from taking effect in November of 2026. Please reach out to your representatives to help us keep full spectrum CBD legal and accessible to all.

Curiosity Is a Good Place to Start 🌿✨

Not everyone’s wellness journey looks the same, and that’s part of the beauty of it. As people learn more about plant-based options, curiosity often grows beyond what’s familiar. CBDV is one of those compounds that many folks are just beginning to explore, especially when they want to understand how different plants can offer different experiences without expectations attached.

Learning what CBDV is and how it fits into the bigger picture of the plant can be a helpful step for anyone who likes knowing the “why” behind their choices.

Terpenes: The “Other Good Stuff” 🌿👃✨

A lot of people know the big names like CBD, CBDV, and CBG, but there’s another layer that often shapes the whole vibe: terpenes. They’re the aromatic compounds that give plants their scent and character, think citrusy, earthy, piney, or floral, and they’re a big reason why two oils can feel different even when they look similar.

If you want to learn what terpenes are and why they matter in full-spectrum products, this is a fun place to explore:

Rather than jumping into anything drastic, some folks simply begin by learning more about plant-based options and how different oils can feel depending on how and why they’re used.

If you’ve been feeling curious about how people unwind and reset during winter, we have a simple place to begin learning more about what might fit this season of life.

✨ Take a calm moment to explore the different types of oils and what makes each one unique:

Where Winter Starts — Right in the Soil 🌱❄️

While most of Colorado settles under a quiet blanket of snow this time of year, the farms that grew every Fat Flower harvest are still very much a part of the season. Winter is when the fields rest, when the soil resets, and when all the care that went into the year’s work really shows.

Some people are surprised to learn how much intention goes into small-batch farming — the hand-tending, the soil health, the careful timing of each stage. But for us, this slow, thoughtful way of growing is what keeps the plants strong, the process honest, and the final result something we’re truly proud of.

If you’ve ever been curious about how our farming practices shape everything we make, here’s a closer look at the land, the rhythm, and the hands behind it all:

Your Body’s Built-In Balance 🌿✨

Winter in Colorado has a way of pulling us inward — the slower mornings, the long evenings, the quiet that settles in after the snow.
It’s often during this season that people become more curious about how their bodies naturally maintain balance and why certain plant-based oils seem to “click” differently for different people.

Inside each of us is a network designed to help regulate mood, ease, and overall harmony. Some call it the body’s internal balance system — a kind of messenger network that responds to things like stress, rest, and the natural compounds found in certain plants.

Understanding how this system works can make it easier to choose the oils and blends that feel right for your own rhythm.
