It’s Mindset Monday! Let’s go!
I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and was able to enjoy time with family and friends.
Some of you may have even overindulged! That’s okay too! Some of you may feel some guilt or anxiety over what you ate this weekend. That’s not okay!
Guilting yourself into what ever super diet or magic potion the retail machine rolls out this season won’t really do anything for you either. Sure you may lose a couple lbs only to find you gain it back right before summer vacation. Oh oh!
Yeah none of those secret diet plans or just do this one thing are gonna do anything other than take your well earned money.
If you want to get healthy and enjoy the summer then just do that!
Eat a few more salads and a few less burgers and fries, or whatever you go to food is.
Turn off the device and get outside! Go for a walk. Go hiking or running. Try out a yoga class.
If you want to get healthy it’s pretty simple. Do healthy things. Eat healthier and exercise more!
Alright we have Pull on the mat again this morning. Back and biceps! Let’s get these guns pumped!
