I dont write on here much anymore. I hope you all are doing ok. My life has had such horrific seriousness and a few wonderful highlights the past 12 months. I cant even tell you where all the time has gone. During the pain and falling apart, I've seen who has stepped up and loved me, shown support and kindness. Real friends and real family combined with New friends and new experiences.

It's nearly Samhain and I look forward to planting my spiritual seeds for the year, acknowledging ancestors, and retreating into the coziness of home & hearth during the winter months.

So many memes and reels about how autumn reminds us how beautiful it is to let go. And it is. During difficult times continue reaching out to your loved ones. Be patient and kind. Try to share compassion while holding your own boundaries.

As we move into the deeper colder parts of the season and holidays, dont busy yourself but allow yourself calm quiet serenity. Allow silence and release. Allow the cold dark nights to settle around you. Allow stillness and slowness. Allow your roots to drive deep connection with earth and nature with the knowing spring will bring fresh ideas and new growth.

Continue on with hope and optimism as we slow and release. Continue on with love and compassion. Continue giving and caring.
