People going to nail salons—or even “advanced nail techs”—to have ingrown toenails removed.

👣 This is NOT safe. This is NOT appropriate care.

An ingrown toenail is not just cosmetic—it is a medical condition. It can involve:
• Infection
• Inflammation
• Painful tissue damage
• Increased risk for complications (especially for diabetics and seniors)

✨ Why a Nail Technician Should NOT Treat It:
Licensed nail technicians are trained in cosmetic care only.
They are NOT licensed to:
❌ Cut into the skin
❌ Remove embedded nail edges
❌ Treat infection
