Quick & easy 10 min lunch

Food doesn’t have to be complicated. I love quick meals I can make in 10 min or less. You don’t have e to eat like s**t when your in a time crunch. You just have to have a plan.

Breakfast. Literally my favorite meal of the day. I could eat breakfast food all day any day. I use to skip breakfast cause I didn't want to be too "full" for when I worked out. But in the middle of my work out I would end up getting HANGRY and it would ruin or cut my work outs short. I had no energy to finish it all. Now I could mentally push through but that helped nothing. I would be starving when I got home and would over eat everything in sight. Now I know just how much I need (P/C/F) before each work out and rest days. Food is fuel and you need it to respect it. It's what your body needs to function properly.
