Thank you to everyone who has reached out asking about the timeline of Cedar Creek opening. I believe in divine timing and Spring 2022 will be perfect! Winter will give me the time needed to restore from the physical work of remodeling, designing the website & marketing pieces and finishing touches inside the facility. The Lavendar/Sage Bundles are drying nicely. I'll be opening the Cedar Creek store online and wondering what products you are interested in. I wanted to create a poll form in fb, but I cannot find where to do that. Some products I'm looking at: Manifesting candles, Chakra stone sets, Smudging kits, DIY kits for various craft items, Watercolor horoscope cards, Altar Candles, Pendulums, etc...

The Sauna room at Cedar Creek Wellness Center is finished!
Did you know that using a sauna decreases body fat?
A two-phase, sauna weight loss study conducted by Binghamton University in New York revealed that an increase in core body temperature resulted in a decrease in body fat. It concluded that people who used a Clearlight infrared sauna three times a week for 30 minutes per session dropped an average of 4 percent body fat over a four-month period.
