Anusara Inspired Teacher
Anusara Yoga is a modern school of Hatha Yoga. The practice of Anusara Yoga can be broadly categorized into three parts: Attitude, Alignment, and Action. The Universal Principles of Alignment which underline all postures, "heart opening" postures and the spiritual/meditative benefits of hatha yoga.

I want to take a minute to thank everyone for the abundance of love and support this past week that has been showered over me and my family as we stood beside my beautiful daughter as she left this world and entered into eternal life with Jesus Christ.
I am taking some time to reflect and pray these next few weeks.
Advanced Yoga Studio will reopen in February. I will repost as I get closer to the actual date
