Hi, I’m Breanna! I’ve been practicing yoga for about 5 years, and it’s become such an important part of my life. After completing my 200-hour teacher training, I started teaching at the UIowa rec and also love leading yoga classes out in the community. One of my favorite parts of teaching is sharing yoga with kids—their energy and curiosity make every class so fun and inspiring. I also enjoy teaching vinyasa, where I get to guide students through a flow that connects movement with breath in a way that feels grounding and energizing. Yoga has given me so much, and I’m grateful every day for the chance to share it with others.
