I love it when clinic owners CONFESS things to me… good and bad.
One CONFESSION I heard this week:
A clinic owner told me he’d just come back from a big event fired up, full of ideas, and ready to launch new recovery services, memberships, and tech.
But when the dust settled, he admitted the truth: “I don’t know how to sell any of it.” He didn’t have a marketing problem. He had a focus problem.
The excitement was real… but the direction wasn’t.
Machines were arriving, ideas were flowing, but there was no clear message to move people to act.
Most clinics don’t fail from lack of ideas. They fail from lack of focus. Because the business that wins isn’t the one with the newest tech… it’s the one that tells the clearest story.
