Last weekend was Mom’s debut art show.

This weekend, she turned around and donated some of her work to bless another cause.

She gave three acrylic paintings and two sets of her custom cards — each one with a story on the back — to our church’s silent auction for the Laurel mission trip this summer.

Menopause was wrecking my sleep.

I couldn’t do hormone replacement therapy because of my mom’s breast cancer history… so I tried every holistic option I could get my hands on.

Then I tried something different.

Three months in:
No more hot flashes.
Sleeping 6–9 hours a night.
Actually waking up rested.

Unbelievable — but real.

Lord, grant me the endurance and patience to handle the emotional ups and downs of menopause.

Help me lean on You for strength and trust Your plan for this season. Amen.
