It’s Boss’s Day!
And over here at TrueNorth, we’re celebrating the leadership trio who keep this place running like a well-oiled (and slightly caffeinated) machine.

✨ Lauren – the big-picture dreamer with a notebook full of brilliant ideas and no shortage of passion to match. She’s the heartbeat of TrueNorth and the reason “we can make that happen” somehow turns into an actual thing.

✨ Dr. Morrison – the Clinical Director who can handle a crisis, crack a joke, and keep his cool all at once. Basically, the one making sure we all stay just functional enough to do our jobs.

✨ Amber – our Program Director who makes multitasking look effortless and leadership look good. She keeps the programs strong, the people supported, and the vibes grounded (even when the rest of us are spiraling). 💪✨

We couldn’t ask for a better team of leaders to keep our compass pointed in the right direction — and occasionally remind us which direction that even is. 🧭😉
