A New Start Primary Care will be closed for in-person visits on Thursday, 2/20/25. Our staff will be monitoring phones and will contact you about converting your appointment to a telehealth appointment if possible. The temps are supposed to be extremely low, so please stay inside and stay warm. Think warm thoughts!

Our office will be closed for in-person visits on Wednesday, February 19th. Our staff and providers will monitor the phones remotely and will provide telehealth visits where appropriate. Due to the ice accumulation on our lot as well as the hill at entrance to our ice rink/parking lot, we will be closed for in person visits again Tuesday, January 7th. We do not want anyone to slide off our hill or fall trying to get in our office. Our staff will be monitoring phones and providing telehealth visits. Please be safe and stay warm out there! We still have no power or phones so the primary care office will not be open after 10:00 am. We hope power is restored by Wednesday 🤞🏻. Our staff is doing their best to contact those they can. We hope you and your families are safe and have the things you need. Hopefully we will all experience “normal” soon.

Due to the forecast of severe weather conditions, we will be closing early to allow staff and patients to be off roads and in a safe place before bad weather arrives. Our plan is to close the office at 2:00. If you have an appointment later than 2:00, staff should be contacting you about moving your appointment. Please feel free to call our office yourself to inquire about your appointment.
