Started my reset today to get my 2023 started out in a positive way to achieve my new goals!! BIG WIN to report already - A1C is .4 points from being in normal range, down a total of 3.8 from when I began ❌ Feb 2022!

Best pie crust ever and substitute a Gluten Free flour baking blend for all-purpose flour for GF option! Fill with your favorite pie filling. Mine are coconut cream and pumpkin. I also substitute sugar with stevia. Be sure to fork the crust at least 50 times to eliminate blistering of the crust during baking. Enjoy the holidays 🎄🥧

In celebration of NATIONAL PEANUT 🥜 BUTTER Day I want to share my amazing morning chocolate peanut butter lean protein shake! It is so yummy and I add my morning collagen powder for a complete breakfast!! It’s all about the journey for me!

1 scoop lean and collagen
1 tblsp PB
