-Eye serums/creams! No right or wrong if you do or not but for some love the coldness

-Sheet masks 🎭 again no right or wrong but feels amazing after a hot day or spicy treatment

The real and honest skin journey 🙌🏼 a lot of times we just see a before and after and that’s great! Love it but sometimes it’s important to show the reality of that progress.

It’s not an over night transformation and social media can often display that. Making any changes in the skin takes time ✨

Pictured here is an old B&A but one of my favorites!! These results were achieved by switching her current regimen(OTC, proactive, etc) to professional products from hand picked by me totally customized to her skin needs.

NO PROFESSIONAL TREATMENTS!! ONLY GOOD PRODUCTS!!

What you use at home is so so soo important!! Of course it would’ve been the cherry on top if she could’ve come in for professional treatments but for some clients that’s not an option. Whether it’s a financial issue or you don’t live in the same state, whatever the reason there is the option to be a virtual client and the results can be just as AMAZING 🤩

I have some sad news for you all, sugar and skin don’t go well together. I know, how unfortunate but it is what it is

Why does sugar cause acne? Foods with high sugar content cause our bodies insulin levels to spike which then increases the production of oil in our skin, oil then becomes trapped and hello beautiful zit

Your diet is extremely important to look at when dealing with acne. What we feed our body & mind matters! And everything is connected, what shows up on our faces is a reflection of what we are doing to our body

Now I’m not saying cut sugar out of your life for good bc uhhh hell no momma need her sweets once and while lol but be aware and life is all about balance!! If you’re continuing to breakout even with using good products, professional treatments BUT not taking your diet and gut health into consideration?? I’ll put this in a nice way, YOU NEED TO

Make sure to save this before you take flight next time ✈️ ☁️

Did you know it’s actually more beneficial what you do BEFORE your flight rather than on it?

Let’s talk about it 👏🏼
-Two days prior to flying, make sure you double your water intake. Staying hydrated is amazing for the body and helps with skin health.

-Treat yourself to a hydrating mask the night before! As you know the air on planes is recycled and very dry, this is not your friend. Prep your skin in the best way possible to prevent as much dryness and inflammation as possible

-Give your skin some deep loving with a rich hydrating serum ✨

-Studies have shown working out BEFORE & AFTER flight increases your mood and is of course great for overall health(Ik bummer who wants to workout on vacay)

-Make sure you wash your face as soon as you can when landed. Keep it light and simple

How to take care of your skin ON the plane:
1. Don’t wear makeup when you fly. Let your skin breathe. 2. SPF is so so important while up in the air. You are exposed to higher UV rays and you have a higher chance of getting sun damage. Make sure you are re-applying after two hours! 3. Bring a hydrating toner/spray with you. Do a couple sprits throughout the flight to keep your skin moisturized and supple. My favorites being either the CBD mist form or the hydrating cucumber toner from 😻

Redness typically lasts 2 days but may take longer, skin will feel tight and dry almost like a mild sunburn. New collagen and elastin will start forming over the next 30 days, full results take up to 6 months and it’s recommended to do a series of at least 4 spaced three-four weeks apart!
