Just 20 minutes. That’s all it takes to change the tone of my whole day-even on work travel. I was up at 5 AM, hit the hotel gym for a quick session, and there was another woman in there absolutely crushing it. We exchanged a simple “Great job!” and wow… that little moment of mutual encouragement? It lit me up. 🙌🧡🙌🧡

Accountability doesn’t have to be big or loud. Sometimes it’s just showing up for yourself—and cheering someone else on while you’re at it.

Wishing everyone a joyful holiday. Be happy. Be kind. Especially at work. I’m in the most amazing work culture right now, and I want that for everyone in the new year and it starts with a simple decision to be kind and learn what that looks and feels like. 💛

Everyone has his or her own baggage in this life, nobody is immune from problems and worries, we all striving for happiness and the freedom to pursue our own dreams.

💥💥💥It’s not a winner-take-all kind of situation💥💥💥

Helping someone out, being nice to them or even just smiling at a stranger will have ripple effects. If you’ve ever had someone do something nice for you, you’ve probably felt the compulsion to pay it forward, so set that chain in motion yourself. Kindness costs little but pays rich rewards to everyone. Trust me!!! Simple right? Practice it.

I'm not cleaning up a single rumor about me. I refuse to waste my time and energy trying to explain myself to people who have already decided what they believe. I don’t care what you heard, and I won’t chase after assumptions or half-truths. Go hear it again if you must, because the story you think you know is probably warped, exaggerated, or entirely made up.

I’ve learned that spending my life defending myself to others is exhausting and meaningless. The opinions of those who gossip say far more about them than they ever will about me. I won’t shrink to make others comfortable, nor will I justify my choices to satisfy someone else’s curiosity. My life, my decisions, my experiences—they don’t require approval or explanation.

Rumors are loud, persistent, and sometimes cruel, but I’ve realized that they cannot touch the truth of who I am unless I let them. I won’t let them. I am more than what someone whispers behind my back; I am more than the distorted stories they tell themselves about me. I’ve built my life, worked for my peace, and fought for my happiness too hard to let baseless words undo it.

If people choose to believe lies, that is on them. If they want to continue spreading false narratives, that is their problem. I am focused on living authentically, on being honest with myself, and on nurturing the people and opportunities that truly matter. Life is too short to explain every detail to everyone. Some will understand me, some won’t—and that’s perfectly fine.

I refuse to apologize for being myself. I refuse to justify my path. I refuse to participate in the theater of gossip. The truth is mine, and I will carry it silently if I must. Let them talk, let them whisper, let them try to make noise. In the end, the reality of my life is unshakable, unchangeable, and far stronger than any rumor. And I will continue forward, untouched, unapologetic, and unstoppable.

Train like a Champion.

While being a proud mother to my amazing children, I have graciously placed 1st in my first show of the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders - amateur natural competitions in the USA...and First in the Masters Class of my first (National Qualifier) National Physique Committee show. I continued to place a respective 7th place at the NPC National Team Universe in 2013. I also hold the NCAA track and Field records, was voted team captain each season of my NCAA career; First NCAA season received the Most Improved Award, ending my last with Most Valuable; All Academic American awards; NCAA Conference Champion in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters; Qualified and completed the 2011 and 2012 Boston Marathon, and has qualified again in 2013; Numerous first place finishings in the Washington D.C. areas road races.
