Did my own Scottie Lynn Fit workout today and let me tell you
I tried to avoid it with my whole tail. 😂

It’s wild doing your own program from a different vantage point. I was in there like,
“Gosh
 who made this move
 oh wait
 ME.”

But listen ... the workout was GREAT.
It moved fast.
You don’t get bored.
And it’s a full‑body burner in 20 minutes flat.

Sign. Me. Up.
(And also
 why am I like this.)

If you ever wondered whether I actually do the workouts I program... yes. And apparently I also try to run from them like everyone else. đŸ˜…đŸ”„

đŸ“ČWho Feels This?

At a certain age, something pretty cool happens: you get peace and clarity.
Not because life got easier but because you’re finally just over the nonsense.

You stop arguing with people who are committed to misunderstanding you.
You stop explaining yourself to folks who already made up their mind in 2009.
You learn that “protecting your peace” isn’t a vibe, it’s a survival skill.
Your circle gets smaller, your boundaries get firmer, and your tolerance for drama drops to zero.
You just want quiet. Maybe a snack. Definitely a nap. Biggie agrees.

🎯So True

Distance is my new response to disrespect.
Not anger. Not arguments. Not explanations.

I no longer react to what’s meant to provoke me.
I no longer argue with people who thrive on chaos.
I no longer dive into drama that adds nothing to my life.

Silence is powerful.
Distance is clarity.
Walking away is self-respect.

Not everything deserves a response.
Not everyone deserves access to you.
Sometimes the strongest move is simply removing your presence and protecting your peace.

Growth teaches you this:
You don’t have to fight every battle.
You just have to know which ones aren’t worth fighting at all.✅

Girls, listen to me for a second.

Six years ago, I was staring at a bank account with less than $10 in it. I went to bed hungry that night, and I promised myself I would never forget that feeling ... not because it broke me, but because it lit a fire in me. The world was against me...people were fighting to take me down....yes, a nasty fight...

People doubted me. They counted me out. They talked sh** and many left.
So I learned to bet on myself.

I clawed my way forward. I failed, I cried, I got knocked flat more times than I can count ...but I refused to stay down. Every day I got a little stronger, a little wiser, a little more dangerous in the best way.

And if you’re in your own “$10 chapter” right now, hear me clearly:

You are not done.
You are not stuck.
You are being built.

Get up. Fight for yourself. Don’t wait for someone to save you ... become the woman who saves herself.

You’re meant for more.
Now go get it.

This is what strong girl energy looks like.

Me and this one right here...we go all the way back to her high school years. Years later, the vibe is still the same:
No jealousy. No weird energy. No competition. Just two women who champion each other, push each other, and clap loud for each other’s wins.

If you ever feel jealous of another woman, pause and look inward.
Ask yourself what you need, what you’re missing, and what purpose you haven’t stepped into yet. Because real confidence comes from doing the work on yourself...not tearing down another girl.

Strong girls don’t hate.
Strong girls build.
Strong girls rise together.

And this picture is proof.

đŸ©·Girls Listen To Me...

When you feel something in your bones ... when you’ve been serving since you were five years old ... that purpose becomes part of who you are. And the truth is, no matter how big the crowd, there will always be a few people who single you out and try to tear you down.

đŸ«¶They’ll call you mean, rude, incompetent.
They’ll project their own limitations onto you.
And they’ll never understand the weight of a calling that’s been with you your whole life.

😉But to my younger girls out there:
Do not let these people stop you.
You were built for greatness.
You were built to lead.
You were built to rise.

Keep going. Even when they don’t get it. Especially when they don’t get it.

👏No earphones in, no need to talk..just move together.

🔑There’s something powerful about showing up side by side, pushing through, and getting stronger together.

đŸ«¶The time you spend? It’s everything. Let’s go.
