This is soooo true

Most people think training is about looking good.

For me it is about being capable.

Strong enough to carry your kids when they fall asleep.
Fit enough to run around the yard without getting winded.
Resilient enough to handle stress, setbacks and long days.

Working out is not about impressing anyone.

It’s about building a body and mind that can handle whatever life throws at you.

👉🏼The moment you tolerate disrespect, you start training people to deliver it.

I was reminded of this in the most unexpected place ... a fitness class yesterday morning.

🏆This amazing woman my instructor stood out immediately.
Not because she was the instructor
but because she was kind, transparent, respectful, and steady.
The kind of energy that makes everyone around her better.

🎤And it hit me:
Fitness culture and workplace culture run on the same truth.

In the gym, you feel it instantly when someone brings ego, attitude, or disrespect.
It changes the whole room.
It throws off the rhythm.
It makes people shrink instead of rise.

👏But when someone shows up with respect ... real respect ... it lifts the entire space.
People work harder.
People feel safer.
People breathe easier.

I’ve been in organizations where disrespect was tolerated.
I’ve also been in rooms ... like that class... where respect was the standard. This is where I am now at MAC3 Defense. SAFE!
The difference is night and day.

🎯Leaders need to take this seriously.
Disrespect doesn’t stay isolated.
It spreads.
It teaches.
It becomes culture.

And just like in fitness, culture is built rep by rep, moment by moment, choice by choice.

💥Every time you let disrespect slide, you’re not avoiding conflict...
you’re training people how to treat others.

I hope more organizations choose the kind of culture this woman right here brought into that room:
Strong.
Grounded.
Respectful.
Contagiously good.

✨Because that’s the kind of culture people thrive in ... on the floor, in the gym, and at work.
