Congratulations to Craig!
We have some exciting news to share! Our program manager, Craig Isom, has been selected as the new Regional Director for Eastern Kansas! Craig brings an impressive depth of experience, with over 25 years in ground and air EMS operations. Throughout his career, Craig has built a reputation for building resilient team members, working with under performing operations to improve financial outcomes, and consistently delivering safe, compliant, and financially responsible outcomes, even in some of the most challenging and highly regulated environments.
Craig has been a valued member of the GMR family for nearly 12 years, making significant contributions as a proven leader in both air and ground operations. Time and again, Craig has shown in the ability to balance local leadership demands with the broader expectations of our enterprise.
In addition to his many achievements here, Craig is currently serving as the president of KanAAMS, and is also a board member for the Kansas EMS Association.
Congratulations Craig, we are proud of you! Although we will miss calling you at 3 am and seeing who can raise your blood pressure the fastest, and guilting you into buying us lunch at Chik Fil A, we know you’ll be an amazing asset in your new role!
