Community is at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to achieve exceptional quality outcomes through a world-class Care Team, and we’re looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead the way.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations, mentor and develop nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. Your leadership will help guide the team, strengthen collaboration across departments, and create meaningful outcomes for the people we serve.

✨ What we’re looking for:
• Active RN license
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
