It is ok to not be ok. It is part of our life. The hard part is feeling like you are alone or noone cares when you feel you are not ok. Starting a movement today. "See Something - Do Something"...This is not a new thought but I want our world to be better. If you see someone who needs help, help them. If someone needs food or clothes give it to them. If someone needs to talk, talk to them or send them to me or another counselor. If you see someone being bullied or abused, help them. It starts with me. The trademarked logo is to visually portray and remind us of this message. Buy a tee-shirt, golf shirt, pullover or hat. 50% of all proceeds will go in a fund to help people. We can all make a difference, but it starts with me!! Share with everyone and message me if you want a garment or hat.

The first 20 years of my life I did what my parents told me and what I wanted to do....The middle 30+ God spent molding me into the man he wanted me to be...The last 30-50 I am going to do what I was called to do...when I see something, I am going to do something to help my fellow man in their pursuit of happiness.
