Who’s Killing Your Confidence?

Do you have someone in your life who subtly puts you down? Maybe they make fun of you in a joking way, but it hurts?
Whoever that is, they need to change their behavior or leave your life!
These slights are some of the ways that others can kill our confidence while WE justify their bad behavior, make excuses for them or even slight ourSELVES by thinking we’re too sensitive.

“The talk” needs to happen or you need your spend waaay less time with that person, and only when you’re feeling strong in yourself.
You are beautiful and wonderful. Please don’t allow this bad behavior anywhere near you, whether family or friend.

How to Fill Your Cup

Keeping your cup full is a tall order. As an Earth Angel, you are pulled in many directions by many people.
It’s important to know what sources you and to do those things regularly so that your cup is always full and you are prepared to only give from your saucer, as Lisa Nichols says.
This takes great discipline for us because our identity is wrapped in being a ‘helper.’ So, we may need to shift that a bit to save ourselves.
Keeping our own cups full is a tall order. And we can do it so that when we are called on by a friend, neighbor or family member for help, we have overflow to offer.
