Have you heard that scripture where Jesus says to ‘Be not weary in well-doing?’

He meant to keep going when things are going well in your life. Sounds easier than it is…

The church skews this scripture. Religions promotes to keep doing good deeds past the point when we’re exhausted, to give until it hurts and to give into self-damage.

But this is NOT the meaning of this scripture at all!!

Our challenge is to keep doing WELL IN OUR OWN LIFE when things are going well!

You might say that this sounds easy, but humans are conditioned to suffer and as such, we start to freak out a little bit in the absence of pain and struggle.

In fact, if we don’t check ourselves, we’ll create problems for ourselves because suffering and struggle feels normal where thriving and feeling peaceful does not!

This is the point I find myself at right now. And I freely share my struggles with you- good and bad- because it’s helpful to know that I experience exactly what you do, too! And then I share how I find my way through it so that YOU CAN, TOO!!! ❤️
