The time has almost come! ASANA will be opening it's doors on Tuesday, September 1st (online class registration opens on Sunday). Looking forward to seeing you all at our beautiful new studio!

Asana Studio, a new yoga, Pilates, and barre studio, will open in Charlestown on Sept. 1. It will be located at 20 City Square.

Dear Yogis,

"And suddenly you know..It's time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings."

It has been an amazing 3 years at Thompson Square. Watching our room transform from a neglected office space into a majestic yoga studio has been such a pleasure. Its hard to say goodbye to the places that we love (which is why I've struggled in writing this note) but change comes and we put our practice to use by choosing to ride the wave with clarity, kindness and patience. The room has walls and a ceiling- it has form- but the place that the room has become does not - it is formless and can be carried on.

I'm looking forward to welcoming each of you into our new space, ASANA where we will have even more room for friendship, community and practice.
