🧀 No-Yeast Raw Vegan Cheese (Tangy & Creamy)

🌱 Ingredients:

1 cup raw cashews or macadamia nuts (soaked 2–4 hrs, drained)

2 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp sea salt

½ tsp apple cider vinegar or 1 tsp chickpea miso (adds tang)

¼ tsp turmeric (for color & anti-inflammatory benefit)

1 small garlic clove (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)

¼ cup water (adjust for texture)

Optional: 1 tbsp h**p seeds for extra creaminess

Optional: fresh herbs (basil, dill, chives) stirred in after blending
