Every year I do a Gratitude challenge and this year I think it's especially important.

When things aren't going well, you feel like you can't catch a break or defeated, practicing gratitude can change things around.

I know a lot of us are feeling down following after the election results and even hopeless. This is the perfect time to practice gratitude.

Practicing gratitude daily can enhance mental wellness and promote a lasting change in perspective.
