Honored to be included in this year's Flow Fest at the Whitewater Center this Saturday - 9/20/25.

I’ll be leading Root & Rhythm: A Yoga + Ecstatic Dance Experience from 11–12 at the Pavilion.

✨ What to Expect
A fusion of grounding yoga, intuitive movement and conscious dance—woven into a powerful journey to reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. Anchored in somatic practices and set to a heart-opening soundscape, this experience invites you to move freely, release deeply and come home to yourself.

No dance experience needed just come as you are and leave more connected.

The playlist will be fire and I can’t wait to share this day with you!

Join us for a sacred morning of movement, revelation and connection at Open Door Studio with DJ .

This is a space to release, realign, and remember. Through intentional movement and embodied expression, we weave together rhythm, stillness and the wisdom of the body. Let’s dance, breathe, and be in the sanctuary of our own presence.

Doors open at 9:30, event begins promptly at 10. Come early to sip cacao, connect, and root into the energy before we dive in.

Gratitude Overflowing!

Saturday night was pure magic! Nearly 80 dancers came together to move, release, and celebrate in the sacred container of Ecstatic Dance Charlotte—what an incredible night of energy, connection, and liberation!

A huge THANK YOU to every soul who showed up with an open heart and danced their truth on the floor. Your presence makes this community what it is, and it wouldn’t have been the same without YOU!

Deep appreciation to our incredible volunteer tribe—you are the heartbeat behind the scenes, weaving everything together with love and intention. I truly could not do this without you!

Endless gratitude to for guiding us on an unforgettable sound journey—waves of rhythm that carried us deeper into play and self-expression. Your medicine permeated every heart and body in this space.

A massive shoutout to for providing such a beautiful container for us to gather, move, and expand.

Ecstatic Dance Charlotte continues to grow because of all of you. Thank you for being part of this thriving community!
