✨ ISO: Black women who are craving a little more softness in their week ✨

Are you…
🌱 In search of a space where you don’t have to carry it all?
🌱 Tired of being “the strong one” and longing for rest + authenticity?
🌱 Wanting community with other Black women who get it without explanation?

That’s exactly why I created The Soft Place — a virtual support group designed for Black women to connect, rest, and return to themselves.

We meet Thursdays at 6 PM EST via Zoom. It’s part grounding, part honest conversation, and all about creating space to just be.

A few spots are still open. DM me if you (or someone you know) has been looking for this. 💜

✨ Today’s the day ✨

The Soft Place launches tonight.
A space for Black women to breathe, rest, and reconnect—without the pressure to perform or hold it all together.

I created this group because I know how rare it is to have somewhere you can simply be. Tonight, we begin.

Here’s to softness, healing, and community.

Therapist friends—this one’s for your clients (and maybe for you too)…

I created The Soft Place because even in healing spaces, Black women are often holding it together when they really need to fall apart safely.

This is a virtual process space for Black women to breathe, regulate their nervous systems, and be in community—with no pressure to perform or explain.

Not therapy. Not coaching. Just real conversation, guided grounding, and space to be.
It opens September 4th.

If you know a client, colleague—or you—who’s been needing something like this, here’s the invitation.
