I never compete, I always create and this past week as I traveled was no different. I traveled to glow and grow and it stretched me beyond measure and increased my range beyond what I even thought I was capable of doing. This work may look simple, but it’s not. Our Tampa Retreat will hold space for men and women that have registered and hopefully those on the waitlist too. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy I used neurological reset techniques on a Parkinson client today and I watched them transform from a dense body to a lighter body with increased speed of mobility after allowing their deeply held and suppressed sadness to come through, I just held a safe space and guided them on techniques to down regulate their Nervous System. It was one of the most beautiful session I have witnessed, personally, inside or outide my PT world. This journey is just the beginning for Body and Sole Physical Therapy as I continue to promote aligning in mind, Body and Sole with all my clients.. 🔥💕🕊️

Grateful for the opportunity to work with my beautiful partners/practitioners and a wonderful group of ladies ready to open their hearts to something new and transformative. We are scheduling our next retreat for December in Tampa Florida and just heard we have been invited to host another Retreat in Connecticut at the Red Barn. The sacred medicine and safe space we create with our retreats support a nervous system reset, helping our participants to expand internally and externally after attending. stay tuned, more to come.
