Reminder for today:

You don’t have to have everything figured out right now.

Growth takes time.
Healing takes patience.
And asking for help is a sign of strength — not weakness.

Be gentle with yourself today. 💛 - Reina

🌸 Spring mental health cleaning 🌸
Let go of what’s weighing you down: negative self-talk, guilt, unrealistic expectations, etc.
Make space for rest, boundaries, and self-compassion.
A fresh season is a good time for a mental reset.

At times our thoughts may belittle our worth, but we must remember that we are not our thoughts. Remind those thoughts who created you and that He made you a masterpiece.

Starting therapy.
Setting boundaries.
Ending unhealthy cycles.
Choosing yourself.

Those are new beginnings.

Counseling isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you understand yourself, heal what hurts, and build healthier patterns moving forward.

Growth can feel uncomfortable.
Change can feel scary.
But staying stuck feels heavier.

You deserve clarity.
You deserve peace.
You deserve support.

Healing is not weakness — it’s courage. 💛 - Reina

Leann (LCMHCA) here at Cere reminding you that you’re allowed to celebrate progress along the way — even if the work isn’t fully finished yet. 🌿
Growth doesn’t only deserve recognition at the end. Every step forward matters.

Mental health does not develop in isolation.

Family systems theory reminds us that symptoms often reflect relational patterns — not just individual pathology. Intergenerational influences, communication styles, emotional regulation, and relational stress all shape well-being.

Addressing the system, not just the individual, can strengthen resilience, improve differentiation, and create sustainable change.

Healing happens in relationship.
