Not everything you’re carrying belongs to you.

Sometimes we hold onto expectations, guilt, or past experiences that were never ours to keep. Part of healing is learning to gently set those things down.

Ask yourself:
What am I holding onto that I can release today?

Growth can look like:
• Setting boundaries without guilt
• Saying “no” and meaning it
• Letting go of what you can’t control

Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth, but what does that mean for your mental health? Take a moment this spring to think about what your daily routine looks like. Can you slow down for a moment at the start of your day to really enjoy breakfast, or maybe end it with a good book? The change that spring brings does not need to be dramatic, but cutting out some time for yourself can reduce stress and improve your mood. Take the time to smell the proverbial flowers and de-stress this spring.

Spring reminds us that growth takes time, patience, and faith 🌿🌷🌼

Flowers don’t bloom overnight, neither does healing. Give yourself grace in this season. God is still working beneath the surface, even when you can’t see it yet.
