Being on a weight-loss journey is for a LIFETIME
👉🏾THE WORK NEVER ENDS🛑
I lost over 100 lbs➡️AINT NO WAY IM LETTING UP 🙅🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️ (literally finished this workout 15 minutes before I had a meeting✅)
No matter the changes,obstacles,barriers etc. YOU MUST KEEP GOING💪🏾
So here I am, going back to the basics and continuing to FIGHT FOR ME‼️

Moment of Transparency:
👉🏾It has been almost 2 months since being in the hospital….No strength,complications from surgery,couldn’t eat or drink,sick 24 hours a day!!!
Before walking in the gym I was EXTREMELY NERVOUS AND DOUBTFUL of my ability to workout. I didn’t know how my body was going to respond.
This lifestyle change has taken TREMENDOUS effort and I couldn’t allow FEAR to change any of it‼️ So happy to have .q.d as my trainer❤️ He pushes me continuously and makes it worth the PUSH💪🏾
