Breathing exercises offer significant benefits. They can help reduce stress, lower heart and respiratory rates, and improve overall mood. By engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, breathing exercises promote a state of calm and relaxation, which can be particularly effective in alleviating symptoms of anxiety.
