I don’t normally do this…however the same person (bri Imani) that left my first negative review is the same one in which referred me to 8 people after her prior readings...so who is the scammer. I was in fact late to our appointment by 25 min due to a previous booking running over because my client was in need. When this occurs I offer a free reading. In this case Bri demanded a refund (I don’t offer refunds) in which I agreed to do in 5-10 business days although it States on my list i do not give refunds. She then became hostile and brought my race to the conversation stating her views on my business operated as a POC (person of color)… this offended me because my race has nothing to do with my business. She then exclaimed she would claim fraud (She can’t because the no refund policy is in my disclosure and she decided she no longer wanted the reading)…. After the hostile energy and threats I decided not to issue the refund because it is in my business disclosure.. I Attempted all measures to make the client happy and unfortunately was unable to. Please do not base your opinion of my business upon the false narrative of my recent review.
